•Councilman Jackson Howard – A millionaire Texas transplant to Chicago. Howard is known as a cattle baron, shipping magnate, and someone who has the unions in his pocket. He is a real old-school cowboy who will settle things with his fists and his six-shooters if rumors are true.
•Councilman Robin Henry – Museum Curator at the Museum of Science and Industry. A literate voice in Chicago politics. A proponent for hosting another world fair in the city just like the one held in 1893.
•Councilman Fred Garcia – Garcia is an automotive engineer and designer who works hard for the people in his working-class neighborhood.
