Starting Position: Facing North, Horse Stance. Draw up with the feet together and the knees slightly bent, the right hand is at trigger position, and the left hand is open and held away from the body at the chest-level. Bring the Right Fist into the Left Palm, and slowly return both of them to left trigger position.
