Meaning: Named for the Hwa-Rang military youth group (originated in the Silla Dynasty in 567 A.D.) which was the
driving force behind the unification of Korea. The 29 movements represent General Choi's 29th Infantry Division, in which
Taekwon-Do grew to maturity.
Starting Position: Facing North, Ready Stance "C" (Feet together, left hand open resting on top of the open right hand, held at waist level)

- Direction: East Stance: Right Back Action: Mountain Block
