Koryo

Country: Korea
Style: Ji Do Kwan Taekwon-Do
Movements: 30
Meaning:  Koryo is the name of the Korean dynasty dated between 918 A.D. and 1392 A.D., from which Korea derrived its name. The people of this dynasty had successfully defended their country form the Mongolian invasionary forces that had brought down many other Asian nations. Thus, this form represents the cultivation of a strong conviction, and an unyielding spirit.
