Starting Position: Facing North, Ready Stance "A" (Feet together, left hand closed around right fist, held at chin level)
  1. Direction: West  Stance: Left Back   Action: Turn 90 degrees left, and execute a Mountain Block
  2. Direction: West  Stance: Left Back   Action: Without moving, execute a Right Knifehand Strike to the neck
  3. Direction: North  Stance: Horse   Action: Draw up on the left side, and execute a Left Side Punch
  4. Direction: East  Stance: Right Back   Action: Turn 90 degrees right, and execute a Mountain Block
  5. Direction: East  Stance: Right Back   Action: Without moving, execute a Left Knifehand Strike to the neck
